What we collect
Your account: email, name, password (stored only as a secure hash) and the content you create.
Your visitors: when someone opens your page or a link, we record the time, the page, the link clicked, the country, device type, browser, operating system, language and the site they came from. We do not store visitors’ IP addresses; we keep a daily, one-way code so a visitor counts once per day.
Forms on your pages: email signups and contact messages are stored for the page owner to see.
Cookies
Visitors to your pages get no tracking cookies. Signed-in users get one cookie that keeps them logged in. Password-protected and sensitive pages use the same session cookie to remember that the visitor got through.
Who we share with
Nobody, except the services that run Bliink: our hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email sender. We never sell data.
Country lookup
Country is worked out on our own server using GeoLite2 data created by MaxMind, available from maxmind.com.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your content, and delete your account from Account settings, which removes your pages, links and statistics. For anything else, email hello@bliink.in.
